Websites and lead-generation systems built to produce enquiries
Fast, credible sites and landing pages designed around a single action, with the tracking and SEO foundations that let you see which work — and the systems behind them to handle what comes in.
The problem
Why this matters
A website that looks good and generates nothing is the most expensive kind. Usually the design is not the problem: the page asks visitors to choose instead of to act, the load time loses half of them before they read anything, and there is no tracking to tell you which half.
What changes
- More of your existing traffic turning into enquiries
- Pages that load fast enough to keep mobile visitors
- Clear reporting on which channels produce work
- Ad spend judged on bookings, not clicks
What we build
Concrete deliverables, scoped to what your process actually needs.
High-converting business websites
Sites that answer what you do, where, roughly what it costs and what happens next — the questions that actually decide an enquiry.
Landing pages
Single-purpose pages message-matched to the campaign driving traffic, so the ad and the page make the same promise.
Website development
Built as static HTML on a global edge network. No plugin stack to maintain and nothing to patch on a Friday night.
SEO foundations
Crawlable markup, clean structure, real metadata and structured data — the technical groundwork that makes later content work.
Lead-generation systems
Forms, call tracking and routing wired into the automation from day one, so an enquiry becomes a task rather than an email.
Conversion optimisation
Reading the data you already have to find where visitors drop out, then fixing that instead of redesigning around it.
Paid advertising support
Conversion tracking configured properly so Google and Meta optimise toward booked work rather than raw clicks.
In more detail
What actually stops a site producing enquiries
When a site gets traffic and no enquiries, the cause is almost never the thing people assume it is. It is rarely the colour scheme and rarely the copy tone. In our experience of auditing this, it is usually one of four things.
Speed on a real phone. Not on your laptop on office wifi. On a mid-range Android on a patchy connection, which is what a large share of your visitors are using. Google publishes Core Web Vitals as the measurable version of this, and sites that fail them lose visitors before anything else has a chance to matter.
No obvious next step. A visitor who has decided to get in touch should never have to look for how. On mobile that usually means a persistent call button rather than a form halfway down a page.
A form that asks too much. Every field costs completions. If you are asking for company name, budget range and how they heard about you before anyone has spoken, you are filtering out people who would have become customers.
Nothing that answers the actual question. Most visitors arrive with one specific thing they need to know: do you cover my area, roughly what does this cost, can you come this week. A site that answers none of those before the contact form is asking for trust it has not earned.
How we approach a build
We start from what the site has to do rather than from a design. That means establishing which pages carry commercial intent, what a visitor needs to know before enquiring, and what happens to an enquiry after it is submitted — which is the part most builds ignore entirely.
That last point matters more than it sounds. A form that posts to an address nobody monitors is worse than no form, because the visitor believes they have contacted you. We build submissions to persist first and notify second, so a mail failure costs you a manual check rather than a customer.
The pages themselves are built to be fast by default: static output, no framework shipped to the browser where it is not needed, images sized properly. This is less a performance strategy than a decision not to create the problem.
On ranking, honestly
Search visibility is mostly the accumulation of unglamorous work: pages that genuinely answer a specific query, a site structure that makes sense, internal links that connect related things, and enough patience to let it compound.
What it is not is a service anyone can guarantee. If a proposal you are reading promises a position for a keyword by a date, that promise is not within the seller's control, and the tactics used to chase it tend to be the ones that cause problems later.
For local service businesses, the highest-return work is usually not on the site at all — it is the Google Business Profile, the review flow, and making sure your name, address and phone number are consistent everywhere. We will tell you if that is where your time is better spent.
Process
How we would approach it
No discovery phase that bills for months. The first call is free and the proposal is fixed before anything is built.
-
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on how work reaches you today and where it stalls. You leave with a clear view of what is worth automating first, whether or not you hire us.
-
Written proposal
A fixed scope, a fixed price and a timeline, in writing, before any work begins. If we think a smaller piece would prove the value faster, we propose that instead.
-
Build and integrate
We build against your real stack and your real data, not a demo environment. You see progress as it happens rather than at a reveal.
-
Test with live traffic
Nothing takes over a customer conversation until it has been tested against how your enquiries actually arrive. We start narrow and widen once it holds.
-
Measure and adjust
Reporting on the numbers that matter — calls answered, enquiries qualified, time saved — and adjustments based on what the data shows.
The other two pillars
- AI Automation We map the steps your team repeats by hand every day, then build the systems that do them — routing, qualifying, updating your CRM and following up without anyone remembering to.
- AI Calling A voice agent that picks up on the first ring at any hour, asks the questions you would ask, and books straight into your calendar — so the enquiry that arrives at 8pm is still yours in the morning.
